Athboy Parish, Co Meath has recently launched a new Parish Website. Their previous website had served them well, but Fr. Patrick O’Connor and his parish team knew it was time to update and modernise this much used communications medium for the parish.
Fr. Patrick along with Susan Kenny the Parish Secretary did extensive research to ensure that they would get the best possible website for the needs of their parish. Having consulted widely they appointed parishwebsites.ie to design and supply their new website. The result is a clear, crisp, welcoming design that is responsive on mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop.
The website has now enabled the parish to promote news and events to ensure everyone knows what is happening where and when. Another feature Fr. Patrick is delighted with is the ability to quickly and easily upload the parish newsletter so it is available on line in advance for those who may not be able to attend mass over the weekend.
